SERVICES
Therapy for trauma
For issues of a traumatic nature, talk therapy isn’t always the best approach. The disturbance from a past event or series of events are often held in the body and therefore a body-based approach can bring about regulation, resolution, and re-connection.
Couples Counselling
Couples often run into trouble around how they communicate or manage conflict. Informed by the principals of John Gottman, and with an interest in family of origin dynamics, I can bring clarity and helpful change.
Counselling
Counselling (‘talk therapy’) provides a space to talk about anything at all that is troubling you. I am trained to listen to both what you say and how you say it - I want to really understand what it’s like to walk in your shoes. Sometimes simply feeling understood can be hugely powerful and validating.
Online Counselling
Convenient and a budget friendly option, working online means we can connect without any need for you to travel.
