About Me

My interest in people and their stories first brought me to a career in journalism and PR. Then the various twists and turns of life in my 20s and 30s fostered an interest in psychology and counselling. It is work that I really love; meaningful and so fascinating. I bring my compassion and curiosity to every encounter and encourage my clients to do the same.

I believe that everyone has the resources within themselves to survive and thrive and that with the help of another person, someone trained to listen in a very specific way, they can find a way forward and heal. A pragmatist by nature, I seek to match the best kind of approach to each client, working in a way that uses a best-practice evidence from research and neuroscience and also considers and respects your own interests and preferences.

You’re unique – therefore the way we work together should be uniquely tailored to you.
